DigiSignals was founded by two industry veterans who had a strong belief that businesses could better utilize their digital signals. We have a mix of veterans from some of the largest tech and consulting companies enabling us to blend strong product expertise with excellent delivery skills. We pride ourselves in being able to see end-to-end, from the strategic goals down to the weeds, so that business goals do not get lost or diluted during implementation.

Harish Chand has been working in the areas of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Analytics for the last 25 years to help harness the ever growing volume of digital signals to improve consumer experiences and business performance. Chand's journey began during his PhD studies at UC Berkeley where he received a National Science Foundation Grant to design and develop a virtual laboratory to study online decision making and incorporate into econometric models. His advisor and co-recipient, Dan McFadden, received the Nobel Prize in Economics a few years later in 2000. After Berkeley, Chand moved to Microsoft where he worked on AI in the Semantics Platform Group, Natural Language Group, and the Natural User Interfaces Group, groups which had bold visions for the future of technology via projects such as Project Majel (for you Star Trek fans). Chand is delighted that those OG goals are bearing fruit today, and is committed helping businesses both large and small capitalize on leading edge advances through their partnership with DigiSignals.

Chanks Arumugam has been working in software engineering, project planning and delivery, covering the entire expanse from effort envisioning to last mile excellence in the software lifecycle. Endowed with the ability to pinpoint the confluence of customer wish lists, customer pain points and customer delight features, Chanks is a natural leader who inspires his team to ambitious goals through his planning, diligence, eye-for-detail and team building skills. An engineer at heart and with an MBA from University of Washington, Chanks built his experience in Engineering, Software Product Management and Team management through his work experience leading product teams at startups and large enterprises. He is passionate about industry best practices and translating them into day-to-day improvements from the team to achieve and sustain these best practices. Chanks is an avid photographer and feeds his orientation to detail through spectacular photography.
